February already!

Wow, this year is going so fast already.

I apologise for my lack of posting, but I have been really lucky & have had a lot of orders.
When you run your own business, you prepare yourself for January & February to be considerably slower after the Christmas rush is over.

Luckily for me I have had some amazing clients requesting custom orders so my hands have been kept rather busy.

At the moment with the weather we're having, I'll be honest, I'm starting to struggle in my studio.
On a 35 degree day, when I'm soldering, I'm sure it's more like mid 40's!

But, by just going a little slower, drinking lots of fluids & taking a lot of zooper-dooper breaks I'm getting through.

Well, back to it.
Take care in the heat & don't forget your sunscreen!

x Narelle

Well done on your busy-ness, things have been slow for me over the last few weeks, but will hopefully pick up again.

Is a zooper-dooper some kind of icy=pole??

That's great that you're doing so well. I want you to make my husband a wedding band. He's never had one before..but since his friend uses his wedding ring to open up beer bottles..my husband thinks it's a rather nifty thing to have now. We actually looked for one for him..but he can't find one he likes. He doesn't really want a very shiny one and all the ones we've tried have been too big on him. How do I measure his finger? Drat...and now I'm thinking that I should've done it in time for Valentines Day..which is also his birthday! Oh well...

Yup! Another one here struggling too! So I know how you feel. Can't have a fan on and solder at the same time :(

* Thanks Jacqueline, today's cool change has helped a bit.

* Hey Mel, yeah zooper-doopers are basically cordial in plastic tubes. You freeze them & eat them like an icy-pole.

* Thanks Raewyn. His friend uses his wedding ring as a bottle opener? Oh my!
If you email me your postal address I can send you a multi-ringsizer. Of course no commitment to order from me, just a handy tool to have!

* I know Emma! The slight breeze coming in through the open door is enough to blow my torch out let alone a fan!

Hi Narelle,
These look fab...and I can definately vouch for the rings that you make!! My girls received one each for Christmas made by the VERY talented and lovely Narelle and LOVE them. I'll be in touch about the name bead AND I'm also LOVING the "Photo Charm"
Why do you have to make it sooo hard to choose!! ;-)
